Creative
writing:
1. Write a poem:
Dear Frodo
you are a brave little hobbit,
You make
saving the world look so easy.
My friend,
and me we will save it some day to.
We will
walk among orcs and fight the darkness.
You are our
little hero.
Dear Frodo
you are a brave little hobbit.
2. “and then it hit me”…
My friends
and I where walking over the road, in Aalborg. Then we saw the bus we could
catch, and one of my friends, Lea, she started running for the bus. And I of
course thought we couldn’t catch the bus, so I said, “yeah, you just run for
it”. But then it hit me, we actually could catch it, so I started running like
hell against the bus. I looked like a total idiot. But then I ran out onto the
bicycle lane, and just right into a cyclist, and then the bus just drove away.
It was so embarrassing; cause one of my friends was sitting in that exact bus
and he saw me make my incredible stunt. Everybody in my class knows about this
now, because my dearest little friend couldn’t shut up. So now I am never going
to hear the end of this.
3. Sentence from The Hobbit and then a short
story:
Thorin of course saw the sense of this, so
after a few more groans he got up and helped the hobbit as well as he could.
Fili and
Kili had just come back, those to young hobbits, they where always wondering
around doing stuff you never knew what was. Balin asked if they had seen
Thorin, Fili then answered “Could he as
well as hobbit the helped and up got he groans more few a after so, this of sense
the saw course of Thorin.” Balin then shouted, “What are you saying, I
don’t get a word of that. You to drunk and irresponsible fools.” Fili and Kili
where so drunk, that they tipped over on onto the ground, right in front of
Balin and fell asleep. Balin went stubborn out the door to find Thorin.
4. Pick 3 sentences:
1.
Balin
went stubborn out the door to find Thorin.
Thorin find to door the out stubborn went Balin.
2.
Fili
and Kili where so drunk, that they tipped over on onto the ground, right in front
of Balin and fell asleep.
Asleep fell and Balin of front in right, ground the onto on over tipped
they that, drunk so where Kili and Fili.
3.
“What
are you saying, I don’t get a word of that. You to drunk and irresponsible
fools.”
“fools irresponsible and drunk to you. That of word a get don’t I,
saying you are what”.
In my summer I was on Mars
We travelled in a beautiful space ship, and wore cool suits.
When we arrived I saw a sign written by aliens.
It said “Thorin find to door the out stubborn went Balin”.
That must mean, “slowly find to a door, and go out still. Balin will be
there”.
So Balin was there. Or an alien was, but I assumed it was Balin.
He then said in alien language: “fools irresponsible and drunk to you.
That of word a get don’t I, saying you are what”.
I didn’t get a word of it, but he was cool
This is supposed to be a poem, but no.
I cant add the last sentence, cause I don’t know how
But mars was cool, and I hope you will go there some day
But for now, me and Balin
are going on an adventure.
The first two works are coherent and straightforward. The other two start playing with imagination, new languages and new worlds. Your solution for writing game #3 is creative and funny, and works perfectly with the rest.
